As an Analyst, you will be an integral part of our project teams, working directly with global senior leaders and partners on critical initiatives. Your responsibilities will span across:

Consulting: Conducting market analysis, developing strategic recommendations, building financial models, and preparing client presentations for diverse sectors.

Research: Deep diving into industry trends, competitive landscapes, economic indicators, and regulatory frameworks to inform strategic decisions.

Investment: Supporting due diligence processes, evaluating potential investment opportunities, preparing investment memos, and monitoring portfolio companies.

This role offers significant exposure to cutting-edge industries, complex problem-solving, and direct mentorship from seasoned professionals.Who We Are Looking For:

We are committed to nurturing top talent and are specifically seeking individuals who meet the following criteria:

Academic Excellence: A recent graduate or final-year student (graduating in 2025/2026) from a top 10 Nigerian university (e.g., University of Lagos, Covenant University, Pan-Atlantic University, Lagos State University, Obafemi Awolowo University, University of Ibadan) or another top-tier African or international university. Strong academic record required (e.g., First Class Honours).

Internship Experience: Demonstrated practical experience preferred through:

Completion of a full-term internship (6 months or more) in a demanding analytical role.

Internship experience with a top employer in finance (e.g., GTBank, Access Bank, PwC), tech (e.g., Flutterwave, Andela, Microsoft Nigeria), FMCG (e.g., Unilever, Nestlé, Procter & Gamble), or a leading consulting firm.

Analytical Prowess: Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.

Research Acumen: Ability to conduct thorough research, synthesize complex information, and present findings clearly and concisely.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas persuasively.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.

Proactive & Driven: Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to learn and grow rapidly.

Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or statistical software (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.
