Job Summary
We are looking for a Admin Support Intern to join our team and assist with daily operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual looking to gain hands-on experience in administration. You will support the team in managing records, processing transactions, and ensuring smooth administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare spot job billing instructions and liaise with the Finance Division for invoice issuance.
Prepare the invoice document before documents are delivered to clients
Perform general administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and maintaining databases.
Monitor all delivery dispatch slips and manage them into the filing system.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
