Accounting Staff - BSA graduate open for Fresh Graduate (46431)

Job Descriptions:

• Monitoring account receivable amount

• Preparation of bank reconciliation

• In-charge of monthly budget monitoring and fund transfer to other banks

• Payroll uploading and posting of entry

• In-charge of E-Filing and E-Payment with BIR

• In-charge of posting accruals, amortizations, pre-payments, rental deposits, deferred and expenses assumptions monthly

• Responsible in handling other monthly closing entries

• Petty cash custodian

Job Requirements:

 Graduate of BS Accountancy

 With Accounting Software experience, preferably SAP

 With experience handling accounts payable and/or receivables.

 With understanding of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation.

 Good in oral and written communication skills

 Adaptable, a team player, detailed oriented and with time management skills
