Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through field visits, digital marketing, and referrals.
• Visit potential clients (residential, commercial, builders, architects) to promote products.
• Explain product features, benefits, and technical specifications effectively.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable product solutions.
• Create quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales.
• Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Develop marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Attend industry exhibitions, seminars, and client meetings as required.
• Maintain records of sales calls, pipeline, client feedback, and market trends.

Required Skills:
• Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales and marketing, preferably in the building material/doors/windows sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of UPVC/Aluminium window & door systems is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media marketing basics.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
