Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales & Revenue Leadership
Develop and implement sales strategies that capture Clean Space’s complete service range: contract cleaning (offices, hotels, serviced apartments), once-off deep cleans, pest control, and landscaping services.
Secure both one-time and recurring revenue contracts with residential, hospitality, retail, and commercial clients.
Build tailored sales proposals for clients requiring cleaning chemicals, hygiene equipment supply, or professional cleaning team training.
High-Level Client Relationship Management
Manage strategic relationships with institutional clients such as property managers, hotels, restaurant chains, and embassies.
Position Clean Space as a comprehensive service partner—not just a cleaning provider—by offering bundled pest control, landscaping, or hygiene supply packages.
Use structured follow-ups to measure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities (e.g., converting one-off cleans into monthly maintenance contracts).
Growth & Ecosystem Partnerships
Establish formal referral and co-service agreements with moving companies, fumigation firms, and interior design teams.
Cultivate partnerships in real estate, hospitality, and logistics sectors that require integrated facility services.
Represent Clean Space in forums or procurement showcases for hotels, offices, and estate managers.
Team Leadership & Reporting
Equip Sales Assistants with clear pitch templates, product knowledge, and reporting tools to accurately promote all service lines.
Oversee reporting frameworks for tracking service-specific performance (e.g., pest control sales vs. contract cleaning deals).
Analyze service mix contribution to revenue and recommend focus areas or campaign shifts.
Operational & Strategic Input
Coordinate with service teams to ensure that contract execution (especially for landscaping, hygiene supply, or pest control) aligns with client expectations.
Offer service feedback loops based on client experience or assistant reports to refine service packaging or scheduling.
Work with leadership to develop seasonal campaigns or pricing bundles around recurring demand (e.g., end-ofyear deep cleans or rainy season fumigation).
