About the Role:

As a People Intern at OneLot, you will play a key supporting role in building a high-performing and people-centric organization. You will work closely with the People Team to streamline operational processes, improve employee lifecycle initiatives, and enhance workplace culture. From recruitment and onboarding to database management and engagement programs, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a wide range of HR functions that directly impact our employees and company growth.

What you will do:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.

Support the development and execution of onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth new hire experience.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.

Help coordinate office and onboarding supplies.

Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, culture-building events, and internal communications.

Provide general support on People Team projects and assist in improving HR systems and processes.

What we will need:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.

Available to work on-site 3x a week

Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and willingness to learn in a startup environment.

Highly organized with keen attention to detail.

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Comfortable using digital tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, or HR platforms (experience with ATS is a plus).
