We are looking for an organised, creative, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the execution and coordination of our full marketing function. This role is responsible for managing marketing databases, coordinating digital platforms, maintaining brand presence across multiple channels, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing operations and events. Candidate Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Database Management
Maintain and update the Marketing (MKT) and Sales databases.
MKT database review and bi-annual data clean-ups.
Segment and track active vs non-active clients.
Ensure the database complies with formatting and data-sharing standards.
Use analytics tools to track trends and the integrity of client data.
Website Management
Ensure up-to-date product images, tutorials, terms, and content structure.
Upload weekly content (e.g., News & Events) and monthly price lists.
Monitor and report website traffic and SEO performance.
Maintain a change log for technical updates.
Social Media & External Communication
Update monthly content calendar and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Sustain content creation, visuals, and copywriting.
Manage VOX mailers and WhatsApp communication platforms.
Display & Poster Management
Ensure brand consistency across all in-store and branch displays.
Monitor all branch posters for accuracy and presentation.
Coordinate supplier contributions for promotional displays.
Marketing Operations
Manage marketing collateral stock (brochures, catalogues, promotional gifts).
Maintain and update internal branding assets such as logos and CI materials.
Ensure external promotional content (profiles, presentations) is up-to-date.
Coordinate signage and branding maintenance with suppliers.
Events Management
Coordinate mini security shows, experience centre, workshops, and internal events.
Manage event logistics: catering, RSVP, communication, and post-event feedback.
Maintain the annual event calendar.
Reporting & Planning
Compile monthly and weekly marketing reports and summaries.
Assist with budget tracking and quarterly strategy alignment.
Maintain standardized report templates.
Additional Duties
Manage branch images and uniform orders.
Track supplier and competitor information.
Conduct monthly branch audits to ensure branding and marketing standard compliance.
Use task checklists and assist with daily marketing execution across departments.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a marketing coordination or similar role.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and SEO basics.
Experience with website content management systems and design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is an advantage.
Comfortable working with data and marketing analytics tools.
Team player with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.
