Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular assessments to identify skill gaps and development needs within the organization.
Create and implement training programs, workshops, and learning materials that address business needs and enhance employee performance.
Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring an engaging and interactive learning experience.
Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital platforms to manage and track training programs.
Support managers in developing and delivering targeted training for team-specific performance improvement.
Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Design and deliver leadership training programs aimed at developing current and future leaders.
Foster a culture of learning by encouraging employees to pursue development opportunities.
Ensure employees are up to date on mandatory training programs, such as health & safety or compliance-related training.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s / Diploma in Human Resources, Public Relation, Customer Service, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience typically above 2 years in Learning & Development, Training, or Organizational Development.
