About the job
Recruitment Admin Intern
Work Setup: 90% Remote / 10% Onsite (BGC, Taguig – for quarterly team engagements and occasional out-of-town travels)
Internship Duration: 300 to 600 hours
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, at least 40 hours per week

About The Opportunity
We are seeking proactive, curious, and driven HR or Psychology students who want to gain valuable hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and admin operations. As a Recruitment Admin Intern, you’ll work closely with our recruitment team to support sourcing, screening, candidate management, and research across local and global markets using modern and cloud-based tools.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and poaching candidates from job portals, social media, and other traditional/non-traditional platforms across the Philippines and internationally
Learn and use cloud-based recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Encode and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
Conduct recruitment market research to support data-driven and cost-efficient hiring strategies
Execute candidate background checks as required by client compliance standards
Assist in or conduct initial interviews, scheduling, and show-up monitoring
Create and maintain strategic job advertisements using Canva for job portals and company social media accounts
Monitor and respond to candidate inquiries via email, SMS, and social media pages
Remind and monitor candidates for pre-employment requirements
Manage recruitment trackers and perform various ad hoc admin tasks
Conduct micro-learning sessions with newly onboarded interns
Attend weekly virtual team meetings and occasional client calibration sessions
Meet monthly and quarterly performance targets as part of the internship evaluation
What We’re Looking For
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related course
Can render 300 to 600 internship hours, with at least 40 hours/week availability (Mon–Fri)
Good command of English (written and verbal) and professional communication skills
Strong skills in research, Canva design, social media posting, and job ad writin
Strategic thinker with a proactive attitude, high initiative, and team-oriented mindset
Must have own laptop/desktop and stable internet connection
Willing to work remotely (90%) and attend onsite engagements in BGC (10%) including team trips
Comfortable working with goals and KPIs and open to feedback and performance coaching
