Job Description
What you'll be doing
Providing comprehensive administrative support to managers and teams across the organisation
Managing calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
Handling incoming calls, emails and correspondence in a professional manner
Assisting with document preparation, filing and record-keeping
Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
Supporting event planning and execution
Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
What we're looking for
Demonstrated experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role
Excellent organisational, time management and multi-tasking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the organisation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
A flexible and adaptable approach to work with a keen eye for detail
A high level of confidentiality and discretion
Fluent in English
