Job Description
What You’ll Do:
Assist customers with failed transactions, refund requests, and billing discrepancies
Investigate and resolve payment disputes and order issues in a timely manner
Coordinate with internal teams (finance, order management) to process resolutions
Ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience throughout the buying journey
What We’re Looking For:
At least 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or support role
Hands-on experience with payment queries, order issues, or billing escalations
Prior exposure to e-commerce platforms or online retail accounts is a must
Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
