Customer Support Engineer

Responsibilities

· Troubleshooting, Installation, Maintenance and Repair of Industrial automation systems

· Maintaining communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up

· Draft and submit Service reports

· Suggest technical feedback and improvements based on field observations

· Adhere to company Rules & Regulations strictly

· Carry out the Job as per Team Leader Instructions to meet Customer Satisfaction.

· Job profile demands extensive travelling & working on late hours and Sundays.

· Identify and participate in Sales opportunities for new AMC and Renewal.

Required Skills

1 to 2yrs of experience is mandatory

· Attention to detail

· Active listening and troubleshooting skills

· Outstanding communication skills with team and clients

· An analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability

· Letter /Email Writing Skill

· Knowledge of computer Hardware & software (Like Word, Excel, PPT, Operating System Installation, etc)

· Ability to work in overtime and weekends

· Learning Skill to understand our Software Solution & Automation Solutions
