Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Market and sell the company's products and services in your location.
Design, develop, and implement a business plan/strategy.
Develop and maintain sales/marketing plans and ensure achievement of the company's sales/and target profitability.
Research organisations and individuals to identify new client leads and prospective PBOs.
Recruitment of new PBOs and development of new and existing PWAN BUSINESS OWNERS members.
Promote sales through sales promotions.
Create effective and efficient awareness of the company's products on social media and drive both sales and PBO development.
Plan, develop, and provide all training, seminars, and webinars, including the PBO program, in your location
Ensure marketing tools (ID cards, Business cards, and Flyers) are made available.
Maintain existing client relationships, contacting prospective clients and PBOs to set up meetings.
Requirements:
0-1 year experience.
A degree from a reputable institution.
