Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in the milling process under supervision, ensuring product quality and consistency
Operate and maintain milling equipment as instructed
Monitor production processes and conduct quality checks
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Work alongside experienced millers to develop technical knowledge and expertise
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work environment
Participate in on-the-job training and theoretical learning sessions
Desired Experience & Qualification
Must have started SAGMA Modules (progress in Modules 3 & 4, 5 & 6, or 7 & 8)
Basic understanding of milling processes is preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Ability to work effectively in a team setting
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Physically capable of handling the demands of the role
