Introduction
Accounting Implementation Consultants to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for candidates with a strong accounting background who are eager to expand
into system implementation and digital finance transformation. You will work closely with
clients to support Sage Intacct onboarding and implementation while also contributing to
internal finance operations.
Training and mentorship will be provided to help the right candidate grow into the role. If you

Duties & Responsibilities
Sage Intacct Implementation Support Assist with client onboarding, data migration, chart of
accounts configuration, reporting templates, system testing and go-live support.
Client Engagement Work directly with finance teams to understand their processes and
configure the system to meet their needs. Accounting Support Maintain ledgers, perform
reconciliations, assist with VAT submissions and monthly reporting as needed.
Process Optimisation Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes through
automation and best practices. Internal Finance Assist with internal bookkeeping,
reconciliations, and reporting. Documentation & Training Create client documentation and
provide system training post-implementation.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Education Degree or Diploma in Accounting / Finance / Business Informatics
Professional Background SAICA or SAIPA articles completed, or equivalent experience in a
financial accounting role. Software Experience with Sage Business Cloud, Sage 50,
or other accounting systems, MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas), Outlook. Teams Language
Fluent in English (Afrikaans beneficial).
Strong foundation in accounting principles and bookkeeping
Eager to embrace cloud technology and digital tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Client-focused, professional, and solutions-oriented
Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
Willing to learn and grow within a dynamic implementation environment
