Handle ethical Business

Manage 8 departments in Ethical Division (Commercials)

Create a Trade program to support sales in Ethical

Monitoring Program

Collaborate with Ethical team for Memo support, allocation, tracking stock, etc

Manage the discount budget

Focus on New Product Development products

Increase outlet transactions and assortment

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree

Experience in FMCG, Pharmacy, and Digital Industry (min. 3 years experience)

Have good analytical thinking

Excellent in Microsoft Office

Preferably have experience in ethical business in trade marketing, or ethical marketing

Mature and high confidence level
