Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process and employer branding activities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a key support role in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent while contributing to broader HR initiatives.
Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and coordinate with the recruitment team to identify and shortlist qualified candidates.
Help schedule and coordinate interviews, liaising with both candidates and interviewers.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely records.
Support employer branding initiatives such as career fairs, social media campaigns, and university partnerships.
Assist in onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Prepare job descriptions, post job advertisements, and track application responses.
Conduct initial candidate outreach and manage follow-up communications.
Collaborate on HR-related projects and process improvements.
Provide administrative support for recruitment and HR tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in recruitment, HR operations, and talent acquisition strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with ATS tools is a plus.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
