What You´ll Do
General support on Purchase to pay activities
Monitor, handle and distribute ticket requests from 3rd party Suppliers and Stakeholders
Manage emails related to distributed tickets
Identify continuous improvement potentials within the process
What makes you a good fit
Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or Operations Management
Knowledge in MS Office software is required; Skills in SAP and MS Excel Macros and Power BI is highly preferred
Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills
Experience in Project Management, Presentation, and Research; ability to analyze and present data, and collaborate effectively with other colleagues
Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least six hundred (600) on-the-job training hours
