About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make outbound calls to potential buyers/investors from the provided database.
2. Introduce the company's real estate projects and offerings confidently.
3. Identify and qualify leads based on interest, budget, and readiness to buy.
4. Maintain a daily tracker of calls made, responses, and follow-ups.
5. Explain project features, location benefits, and pricing.
6. Handle basic queries and schedule site visits or meetings with the senior management head.
7. Regularly follow up with interested leads to keep them engaged and move them forward in the sales funnel.
8. Stay updated on current real estate trends, ongoing projects, and market insights.
9. Maintain polite, persuasive, and professional phone etiquette.
10. Represent the brand positively in every client interaction.
