Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Implementing Quality Assurance Policies:
Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure consistent adhere to quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
2. Inspections and Testing:
Perform receiving and inspections of all incoming and outgoing raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products. Also, conduct routine inspections and quality tests in the warehouse on raw materials, components, and finished products to identify any defects or deviations from quality standards.
3. Root Cause Analysis:
Perform root cause analysis to identify the underlying causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent their recurrence.
4. Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and work collaboratively with cross functional teams to implement changes that enhance quality and efficiency.
5. Compliance with Standards and Regulations:
Ensure that all manufacturing processes and products comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements (GMP, 5S, SSOP, HACCP, and ISO).
6. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, including inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken. Prepare reports on quality performance and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
7. Training and Support:
Provide training and support to manufacturing personnel on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistent adherence to quality requirements.
8. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
9. Performs in-line and laboratory process (shelf-life, batch test, physico-chemical analysis, microbial analysis, and etc.)
10. Performs any other related jobs as may be assigned by management from time to time.
Key Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Food Technology, BS Chemical Engineering, BS Chemistry, or any related course
At least 1 year experienced in food manufacturing
With in-depth knowledge in current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP), Sanitation Standard Operating procedure (SSOP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
Knowledge and experience in QMS, biological methodologies, techniques and conduct research.
Good Communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to communicate and establish good working relationship with the management team and team members
Strong problem analysis and problem solving skills
