About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in the fashion and garment industry. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in ERP systems such as Tally, SAP, or Genesis, and a strong command of Excel. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

• Utilize ERP systems (Tally, SAP, Genesis) for data entry, tracking, and reporting.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and presentations.

• Analyze data using advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) to support decision-making.

• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external clients.

• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets.

• Support procurement and vendor management processes.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field.

· 1–2 years of experience in project coordination within the fashion or garment industry.

· Proficiency in ERP systems (Tally, SAP, Genesis) and advanced Excel skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least one South Indian language.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Willingness to travel for client visits and site assessments.
