Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support throughout all project phases
Manage and organize project documents and reports
Assist in scheduling meetings, site visits, and maintaining project timelines
Track project progress, budgets, and generate status reports
Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
Support resource tracking and basic financial administration
Maintain logs for project risks, issues, and lessons learned
Ensure compliance with internal processes and industry standards
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
3–5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within an engineering, EPC, or construction company
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling/project tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Primavera)
PMI certification (CAPM, PMP) is an added advantage
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Must be based in Umuahia
