Job Overview:

As a Product Development Analyst, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and data teams to analyze, plan, and support the development of technical products. You’ll help bridge business needs and technical execution by providing data-driven insights, documenting product requirements, and assisting in agile product development processes. You will collaborate with UX/UI and development teams and work closely with the founder, who is the principal product designer. Your responsibilities will include: Constantly monitoring usage through analytics panels. Understanding UX/UI against strategic business objectives. Conducting competitor market research and staying fully updated on developments. Working directly with users to understand effectiveness and maintaining a constant dialogue with the founder, users, and the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuous Analysis of our Web & Mobile Application

• Work with our Founder to define product requirements, specifications, and user stories.

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure accurate implementation of features.

• Conduct feasibility analysis and risk assessments for proposed product changes.

• Support user research, testing, and feedback collection for product iterations.

• Maintain clear documentation of product features, roadmaps, and updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in a product development, Product analysis, or similar role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

• Familiarity or Exposed to UX UI Development & Analysis

• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Figma, Tableau, or equivalent.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language.
