Part-Time Sales and Marketing Associate

About the job

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Part-time Sales and Marketing Associate. In this role, you will use a lead generation tool to generate targeted sales leads, build prospect lists, and support our sales and marketing pipeline. As our operations grow, this role has the potential to expand into a full-time position with additional responsibilities in marketing coordination and administration.

Qualifications:

● Currently enrolled in or a graduate of any business-related course (Marketing preferred)

● Students are highly encouraged to apply

● Preferably residing in Pampanga or Region 3

● Must have a reliable laptop and stable internet connection

● Available to work 10 hours/week, preferably weekdays between 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM

● Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

● Strong computer skills; experience with SaaS tools is a plus

● High attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed criteria accurately

● Interest in marketing, sales, or business development

● Copywriting or journalism background is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Use MontPac’s lead generation software to:

● Identify and build lists of high-quality B2B leads based on set criteria

● Verify and enrich prospect data including email addresses, phone numbers, and

company details

● Schedule AI-powered sales emails to support outbound messaging efforts

● Automate list-building workflows using Seamless.AI’s Autopilot tool

● Maintain and organize lead databases to ensure data accuracy and avoid duplication or decay

● Sync lead data with CRM and ensure proper assignment to the business development team

● Export lead data into CRM or spreadsheets as needed

● Support marketing campaigns by providing accurate and segmented lead lists

● Collaborate with sales and marketing team members to understand lead requirements and refine targeting

● Prepare weekly summaries of prospecting activity and lead performance metrics
