What will you do?

Order Fulfillment Monitoring – Daily

Track and review the status of customer order fulfillment in coordination with the warehouse, technology team, and marketplace platforms.

Ensure timely processing and resolution of any fulfillment-related issues.

Supplier Delivery Tracking – Daily

Monitor daily delivery schedules from suppliers.

Follow up on delays, discrepancies, and ensure accurate and timely receipt of goods.

Inventory Management – Daily

Review and analyze inventory levels by SKU and brand.

Highlight stock discrepancies or low-stock items and escalate when necessary.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with the Commercial, Supplier, and Operations teams through calls, emails, and meetings to:

Address and prioritize daily operational tasks.

Coordinate purchase orders and follow up with suppliers.

Assist in resolving operational issues.

Support the planning and execution of commercial campaigns.

General Support

Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by the Line Manager.

Contribute to process improvements and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What skills & experience will you need?

Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in business administration , supply chain management, e-commerce, marketing or a related discipline.

Strong attention to detail in tracking orders, inventory, and deliveries.

Ability to collaborate effectively across teams (e.g., warehouse, suppliers, commercial).

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables, etc.).

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
