· Generate and qualify leads opportunity
· Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
· Manage pipeline correctly and commitment
· Menage customer engagement and relationship at all level
· Collaboration with Distributor and Partner
· Understand customer application and provide solution as customer need
· Promote products/solution to new and existing customers
· Explore/conquest new OEM customer and able to classify and analysis customer business
· Maintain positive business and customer relationships
· Develop/create strategies for customers action plan and clear execution
· Prioritize customer concerns to increase client satisfaction for customer service
· Internal collaboration and working with team
Qualifications
· Growth mindset, highly motivated, determined, and target driven
· Have min. 5 years experience manage OEM channel and business
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion
· Expert in time management and familiar with BRM and CRM
