Mixing Operator

The Mixing Operator will manage and operate mixing machinery in our plastic engineering facility. Your primary responsibilities include monitoring machine performance, handling raw material loading processes, and overseeing labor to ensure efficient and quality production.

Machine Operations & Monitoring

 • Start, monitor, and shut down mixing machines in accordance with SOPs.

 • Regulate machine settings (temperature, speed, feed) to maintain product specifications

Material Handling & Quality Control

 • Supervise laborers to load resin, colorants, and additives accurately

 • Weigh and add raw materials per batch formula.

 • Conduct in-process sampling and check blends for consistency, reporting deviations.

Labor Coordination

 • Assign tasks to labor staff for material loading, machine feeding, and housekeeping.

 • Ensure team compliance with safety procedures (PPE usage, LOTO, etc.) .

Record Keeping

 • Maintain accurate batch records, logs of machine parameters, yield data, and any deviations.
