
Job Description
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Develop and Manage a High-Quality Loan Portfolio: Proactively build and oversee a personal portfolio of performing loans, ensuring alignment with the bank’s credit policies and risk appetite.
Drive Client Acquisition and Business Growth: Execute regular direct marketing, field promotions, and business development activities to attract qualified loan applicants and expand the customer base.
Conduct In-Depth Credit Assessments: Screen loan applicants for eligibility, initiate and complete loan applications, and schedule client appointments for further engagement.
Perform Thorough Loan Appraisals: Carry out comprehensive assessments of client businesses and households, including due diligence on guarantors, in line with established credit procedures.
Prepare and Present Credit Proposals: Develop detailed loan proposals and present them to the credit committee, providing sound justification and responding to feedback.
Coordinate Loan Disbursement: Work collaboratively with the Back Office and clients to ensure timely and accurate disbursement of approved loans.
Monitor and Manage Repayments: Utilize the bank’s loan management system (e.g., myMBS) to track repayments, promptly follow up on overdue accounts, and maintain portfolio health.
Ensure Portfolio Quality and Risk Control: Maintain high-quality standards in loan documentation, reporting, and follow-up to ensure low default rates and regulatory compliance.
