JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure the company’s compliance with pharmaceutical regulations (BPOM, Ministry of Health) and capital market laws (OJK, IDX).

Handle periodic reports to OJK/IDX, including material disclosures and GMS documentation.

Support regulatory audits and legal compliance checks.

2. Contracts & Legal Documents:

Draft, review, and revise various agreements including distribution, supply, outsourcing, partnerships, and licensing.

Provide legal opinions and risk assessments for business transactions and internal policies.

3. Corporate Governance:

Manage and maintain corporate legal documents (e.g., articles of association, board resolutions).

Assist in the execution and documentation of GMS and Board meetings.

4. Dispute & Litigation Handling:

Monitor and support the handling of legal disputes or potential claims.

Liaise with external counsel (if necessary) and coordinate case documentation.

5. Intellectual Property (IP) Management:

Handle IP registrations and protections (e.g., trademarks, patents) for pharmaceutical products.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor of Law (LL.B) from a reputable university.

2–3 years of legal experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry, or in a law firm serving clients in those sectors.

Solid understanding of pharmaceutical regulations (BPOM, Ministry of Health), corporate law, capital market rules (OJK, IDX), and intellectual property (IP) law.

Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.

Familiarity with public company obligations (GMS, public disclosures, etc.).

Strong legal analysis and attention to detail.

Strong communication, high integrity, and a proactive attitude.

PERADI license is a plus, but not mandatory.

Fluent in spoken and written English
