Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance strategies.
Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and training process for new hires.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and performance appraisals.
Ensure compliance with Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices.
Foster a positive and engaging work culture.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience.
Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience using HRM software for payroll and employee management.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in CHRP-K or other professional HR qualifications.
Experience in organizational development and change management.
