Your areas of responsibility:
Supporting HR Business Partners in their day-to-day business.
Processing administrative activities such as preparation of employment contracts, letters and gathering all information required for employment, bank details, tax no.'s etc.
Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
Participate in HR projects (in the context of digitization and process optimisation, employee wellness etc).
Assist in the administration of the Employee Education Assistance program.
Coordination and payments of bursaries.
Attend to ad hoc departmental matters.
Qualifications we are looking for:
A minimum of a Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology or related qualification.
Proficiency in Ms Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint essential.
Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise.
Work well in the team and be able to drive individual assignments / projects.
Understanding of labour laws BCEA, LRA, EEA , SDA, BBB-EE.
