We are seeking an experienced HR to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources processes and practices.
The HR Lead will play a key role in shaping company culture, ensuring compliance and driving HR inititiaves that support business goals.
This role requires strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company`s overall business strategies.
Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, interviewing and hiring of employees.
Drive leadership development and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administrationor related field.
Proven experience (10+ years) in an HR leadership role.
Experience with HRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
CIPM, SHRM or HRCI certifications preferred.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
