Role: Genesys Cyara Testers

Location: Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad/Pune/Delhi

Experience Range: 3 to 8 Years

Job Description:

• experience in contact center related technologies and experience in testing any IVR platform (manual / Cyara)

• Good understanding of the contact center concepts:

• IVR, Bots, Routing, CTI, Agent Desktop, Dialers, WFM

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Design, develop, execute and maintain automated test scripts for the IVR system

• Verify and validate performance and reliability of the IVR system.

• Good understanding of Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC).

• Work closely with the development team to ensure defects are closed timely manner.

• Good understanding of Cyara Velocity, Cruncher and Pulse modules

• Develop and document test plans

• Ensure world class customer experience
