Overview

4-month unpaid Remote Virtual Assistant Internship – 6 hrs / day

Work from Morocco (same hours as the UK/BST)

Fluent, confident English (spoken + written)

Laptop, solid internet, and an eye for details required

What you’ll actually do

Lead-gen & outreach – mine target lists, clean data, tailor templates, fire cold emails/DMs, and log every result.

Partnership requests – hop on quick calls with venue owners/agency leads, pitch collaboration, and book follow-ups.

OKR-linked tasks you’ll own:

Keep the SDR performance dashboard up to date—new meetings, won deals, show rates.

Run quick AI-blog tests and drop results in Loom for review.

Recruitment support – score incoming applications, schedule/host first-round Zoom interviews, maintain candidate scorecards.

Weekly KPI snapshot – pull opens, replies, booked calls, partner intros; deliver a one-page report and discuss it on a 15-min review call.

Must-haves

Excellent English—you can run a cold call and write a clear email without sounding robotic.

Comfortable in Google Sheets/Excel (filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, tidy formatting).

Fast on new SaaS tools: Pipedrive, Apollo, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Airtable, Miro.

Confident voice and webcam presence—you’ll dial prospects and candidates daily.

Self-managing: plan your six-hour block, hit numbers, flag issues early.
