What will you do?
Assisting in Project Planning:
Support the senior project manager in developing project plans, schedules, and timelines.
Monitoring Project Progress:
Help track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain project documentation, prepare progress reports, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
Facilitating Communication:
Act as a liaise between team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication.
Assisting with Risk Management:
Help identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
Supporting Administrative Tasks:
Perform general administrative duties related to project documentation, scheduling, and resource coordination.
What skills & experience will you need?
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, social sciences or any relevant academic qualification.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
Experience with tools like Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
Preparing clear and concise reports and updates.
Ability to update and track project progress using these tools.
