The commercial manager for telecommunications services and consulting is responsible for driving revenue growth, securing contracts, managing customer relationships, and developing business strategies within these verticals. The role involves business development, contract negotiation, and ensuring compliance with industry standards while optimizing profitability.
Responsibilities
Identify and secure new telecommunications infrastructure projects and consulting opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and contract renewals.
Drive growth in revenue streams by expanding the client base and service portfolio.
Provide quarterly intelligence reports on emerging opportunities in telecom and consulting.
Negotiate, draft, and manage contracts for telecom service agreements and consulting engagements.
Develop pricing models that maximize profitability for telecom services and consulting engagement.
Develop and execute a 5-year strategic plan for telecommunications services and consulting.
Conduct feasibility studies and develop proposals for new telecom service offerings and consulting engagements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements, resolving issues promptly.
Work with legal and finance teams to mitigate risks and optimize contract terms.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or Communications.
3+ years of experience in a commercial role in telecommunications.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
Experience managing Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and telecom contracts.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
