Job Description
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and segment prospective sponsors, exhibitors, and partners.
Research organizations within hospitality, banking, travel, logistics, FMCG, etc.
Maintain an updated lead database using Google Workspace tools provided.
Physical and Virtual Outreach
Schedule and attend client meetings (in-person and virtual).
Pitch TRAVCONEXPO 2025 value proposition using approved materials.
Represent the brand professionally during outreach and site visits.
Proposal & Sales Management
Share and explain sponsorship and exhibitor packages.
Customize proposals as needed for sector-specific clients.
Follow up consistently on all leads until closure or disqualification.
Achieve agreed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Reporting & Documentation
Submit daily activity logs via Google Workspace.
Provide weekly performance reports including pipeline progress.
Track client interactions, lead status, and conversion outcomes.
Relationship Management
Nurture long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients.
Address client inquiries, objections, and feedback professionally.
Ensure signed partners are supported post-sale for onboarding.
