Airport Flight Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in monitoring and managing flight schedules to ensure timely departures and arrivals.

Maintain effective communication with pilots, air traffic control, ground staff, and airline representatives.

Help ensure all flight operations comply with aviation safety regulations and airport policies.

Assist in responding to and managing flight-related incidents or emergencies, coordinating with relevant authorities.

Help prepare and maintain accurate records of flight operations, incidents, and other relevant data.

Assist passengers with inquiries and provide information regarding flight schedules and airport services.

Provide support to ground handling teams, including baggage handling, refueling, and aircraft maintenance coordination.

Identify opportunities for improving flight operations and assist in implementing best practices.

Minimum Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in relevant field

4 yeras experience in airport operations or a similar role .

Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards.

Proficiency in using airport management software and systems.
