We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic NYSC Corps Members to join our team as Admin Executive. In this role, you will assist with administrative tasks, support daily operations, and ensure efficient workflow within the organization. This is a great opportunity for Corps Members looking for a PPA to gain hands-on experience in administration.
Responsibilities:
Assist in organizing and maintaining administrative records and filing systems.
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar management.
Handle data entry, document processing, and other clerical tasks.
Collaborate with different departments to streamline administrative processes.
Ensure timely follow-ups on assigned tasks and maintain task tracking reports.
Contribute to office efficiency by assisting with general administrative duties.
Requirements:
NYSC Corps Members currently seeking a PPA.
Must be serving in Abeokuta, Ogun State.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT skills.
