Your Key Tasks

• Respond to new inquiries looking to review available program paths

• Break down options using simple, guided talking points

• Keep detailed notes so handoffs stay clean and accurate

• Explain what to expect as clients move through their review process

• Keep pace with a consistent stream of warm leads

• Share updates with the internal team when needed
