User Experience Designer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a User Experience Designer, based in Surat. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, applying design thinking principles, and creating visual designs. They will also develop and test prototypes to improve the user experience. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding user needs, and designing intuitive and effective user interfaces.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research

• Experience in Visual Design and User Experience (UX)

• Prototyping skills

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

• Ability to work on-site in Surat

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred

• Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma is a plus
