North Shore Girls Soccer Club is seeking dynamic students who have a passion for advancing women and girls in sport, and are looking for an opportunity to gain valuable skills in sport business.

Event Coordinator (2 positions, May to August)

We’re looking for an organized, creative, and community‑minded coordinator to help bring NSGSC’s biggest moments to life. This role supports key club events and season start‑up initiatives, including Girls and Women in Sport Nights, our 40th Anniversary celebrations, and Opening Day. You’ll coordinate volunteers and player experiences, manage inventory and pop‑up shop operations, support marketing and communications, and help build meaningful community and charitable partnerships. If you love creating memorable experiences and keeping many moving pieces aligned, this role is for you.

Soccer Camp Leader/Coach (3 Positions, July – August. 30 hours a week)

Do you love soccer, being outdoors, and working with kids? NSGSC Camp Leaders create fun, positive, and skill‑building experiences for players ages 6–13. Working alongside our Technical Staff, you’ll help lead on‑field activities, support scrimmages, manage group dynamics, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment. From setting up sessions to giving encouragement and feedback, you’ll play a key role in making camp an experience players look forward to every day.
