What We Offer:

Department placements based on your skills and interests in either the Marketing or Project Sales Department

Work from your preferred office location for convenience: Makati, BGC, Alabang, or San Juan (with occasional events at other venues)

Marketing Interns will:

Help c

reate engaging content.

Help collect and promote property listings.

Assist in event coordination and in producing marketing materials.

Support PR activities like Site Tours, Awards Event, Developer-Partner events, Open House events, Cinema Block screenings, Wine Tasting events among others.(documentation - video and photo coverage)

Project Sales Interns will:

Create and updates Sales kits, Marketing materials (using canva- emailer, omnibus, one pager files)

Organize and maintain Masterlist of various Developers, sales monitoring

Fill up Accreditation forms

Support event invitation coordination and RSVP Tracking

Learn about project developments, real estate sales cycles, and branding

Get exposure to various Developers, event planning, and data analytics
