Position: Non-CS STEM Generalist

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $50–$90/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Support AI training workflows by executing structured tasks within digital tools such as Gmail.
• Follow well-defined processes to review, organize, and validate AI-related inputs and outputs.
• Work with structured data formats to support training and evaluation pipelines.
• Apply strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency across tasks.
• Adapt to evolving workflows and project requirements in a fast-paced research environment.

Requirements

• Background in a STEM or technical discipline (undergraduate or master’s level preferred).
• Strong digital literacy and comfort working with modern tools and interfaces.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow structured instructions.
• Generalist mindset with flexibility and adaptability to new workflows.
• Familiarity with JSON or structured data formats is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, contract-based role.
