Our team The Aha! marketing team is a highly collaborative group of experts across campaigns, content, creative, knowledge base, and product marketing disciplines. We work within North American time zones so we can easily meet live on video and achieve more together.

Our programs The content and communications group within the broader marketing team is responsible for crafting stories that power the growth of our company. We own a broad range of content — blog posts, educational guides, newsletters, social engagement, and other customer communications — to drive company and product thought leadership. We are deadline-driven and hold ourselves to high standards.
We care deeply about providing content that is educational and entertaining, plus relevant and refreshing. We embrace direct feedback and rapid revision cycles, all in service of producing work that has an impact we are proud of. Our work is challenging and meaningful — we are always becoming better writers and content creators.
We do our planning and collaboration in Aha! Roadmaps and Aha! Teamwork. We are power users of our own software, often providing feedback and suggestions for improvements that are also shipped to customers. We use Slack and Zoom to communicate. (Email? Rarely.)
Your Experience You have at least seven years of experience shaping, writing, and editing thought leadership content for product and company leaders. You are deeply passionate about topics related to company growth, product development, and innovation. You are an expert in voice matching — including style, word choice, and worldview. And you have a strong interest in quickly learning our differentiated philosophy on building lovable products and the suite of tools we provide to help customers achieve the best outcomes.
You welcome feedback. You are resilient, nimble, and always willing to help others improve their content as well. You know that being an exceptional writer demands domain knowledge as well as critical thinking skills. Likewise, you are interested in communicating how sophisticated workflow management tools can help organizations be more strategic and productive.
Your work at Aha! We work on a broad range of marketing initiatives and programs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality company and product thought leadership content
- Driving content creation independently — from outline to strong draft
- Writing for a broad range of channels, including blogs, newsletters, and social media
- Working proactively to deepen your understanding of our market, customers, and product
- Editing and reviewing marketing content, including product announcements and campaigns
- Learning and contributing to our editorial style guide
- Leveraging AI tools to accelerate research and refine drafts (never as a substitute for it)
- Managing or supporting initiatives that contribute to marketing and company goals.
