Solar Technicians

Key Responsibilities:

• Mount solar panels, connect wiring, and install inverters and other electrical components.

• Conduct routine inspections, clean panels, and perform necessary repairs to ensure optimal system performance.

• Diagnose and resolve issues with solar systems, including electrical malfunctions and performance problems.

• Communicate with clients about system operation, answer questions, and address concerns.

• Adhere to safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

• Maintain detailed records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills:

• Understanding of solar panel systems, electrical wiring, and safety codes.

• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

• Effectively identify and address problems encountered during installation or maintenance.

• Clearly communicate with clients and team members.

• Ability to work on rooftops, lift heavy objects, and work in various weather conditions.
