We are looking for super fun, capable, and experienced Customer Service Agents to join our incredible customer service team at Left on Friday. You will be the face of LOF, creating an exceptional experience for our guests and helping to educate them on everything from fit to style to favourite vacation spots. You’re bright, engaging, and can problem-solve on the fly. It’s an all-hands-on-deck environment here with our team, so you need to be independent, resourceful, and as efficient as ever as we head into a busy summer season. Core Responsibilities Customer Service Support:

  • To provide high quality, exceptional customer service while adhering to Company service standards & procedures.
  • To create an exceptional, high-quality experience for our guests that exceeds customer service norms.
  • Contribute to the evolution of standard operating procedures and demonstrate alignment with business decisions, creating coherency amongst the team in the level of service provided.
  • To manage all customer communications within our omnichannel from various streams including email and social media.
  • To uphold our ticket efficiency goals, and continue contributing to their improvement.
  • Ensure all customer communications are responded to within a 12-24 hour window
  • To conduct LOF virtual concierge appointments with a high level of professionalism and helpfulness.
  • These appointments are the hallmark of our customer service offering - you’ll need to become a fit expert, and fast.
  • Create a safe, helpful environment for our customer, aligning with our in-store fit experience as closely as possible.
  • To work directly with the Customer Service Manager on any team initiatives, projects, and process developments.

Key Traits/experience We’re Looking For

  • 2-3+ years of customer service experience
  • Bilingual or multilingual (English, French, and/or Spanish) is an asset
  • Ability to multitask and THRIVE in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to pivot and adapt to ever-changing circumstances
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and ask #allthequestions
  • Must be able to problem solve quickly - critical thinking is key in this role
  • Effective communication with guests & internally with our team
  • A high performer and a can-do attitude is a necessity
  • Works well with others and thrives in a team environment
  • Collaborative, communicative, and empathetic - someone who makes our girl feel heard and understood
  • Available to work a variety of shifts throughout evenings and weekends
