Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
Relationship Management
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities targeting both residential and commercial clients.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, homeowners and other potential customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and responsive support throughout the sales process and beyond.
Accurately assess client needs to provide quotes and proposals.
Product Knowledge
Gain a thorough understanding of our range, including technical specifications and limitations.
Administrative & Reporting
Consistantly meet or exceed sales target
Track sales activities, customer interactions and sales progress
Provide regular feedback on sales performance
Assist and support both client and installation manager throughout the project
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Required
A minimum 5 years within the broader sales/architecture/construction field.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective client engagement.
The ability to accurately interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong analytical and mathematical reasoning abilities.
The capacity to develop logical solutions.
A proactive, organized and independent work ethic.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficient in both the English and Afrikaans language (speaking, reading and writing).
