Job Description

Responsibilities

Sales Management: Oversee and optimize sales operations to achieve and exceed predefined sales targets and goals within your assigned territory.

Customer Relationship Building: Establish, maintain, and expand relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities to enhance revenue streams.

Target Achievement: Set and communicate clear sales targets for individual representatives and the team to ensure alignment with overall company goals.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team, allocating territories and responsibilities effectively to maximize efficiency.

Strategy Development:Create and implement innovative sales strategies to penetrate various market segments and channels.

Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the sales team's performance, motivating team members to consistently meet and surpass objectives.

Data Analysis: Compile and evaluate sales data to identify trends, assess market conditions, and drive informed decision-making.

Major Accounts Management: Manage key customer accounts directly, nurturing relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Market Insights: Gather customer feedback and conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, customer insights, and market conditions to senior management to inform strategic directions.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company's products and competitive offerings to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.

Marketing Collaboration: Engage in marketing activities as required, supporting promotional initiatives and events to bolster product visibility and sales.

Qualifications / Experience

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG snacks or related food industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of local market trends and customer behavior.

Willingness to travel within the region.
