Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Board in setting and implementing risk appetite and related policies.
Regularly review and enhance risk and information security policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Conduct risk assessments for new or updated systems, products, and services.
Oversee information security initiatives, including policy updates, incident response, and access reviews.
Coordinate and deliver company-wide security training and awareness programs.
Qualifications:
Preferably a graduate of a Business course, with knowledge in IT and Information Security.
At least 10 years of relevant banking experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Keen attention to detail, adaptability, and excellent time management.
Proficiency in MS Office.
